Yes, you can use Photoshop Express on your PC. You can download the app from the Microsoft Store.

Once you have installed the app, launch it and sign in with your Adobe ID. If you don’t have an Adobe ID, you can create one for free.Once you’re signed in, you’ll see the main Photoshop Express interface.

The interface is divided into four sections: Create, Edit, Effects, and More. The Create section is where you can create new images from scratch.The Edit section is where you can edit existing images. The Effects section is where you can apply filters and other effects to your images. And the More section is where you can access additional features like printing and sharing.

To edit an image:

1. Open the image in the Edit section of the Photoshop Express interface.

2. Make your edits using the various tools in the interface. 3.When you’re finished, click the Save button in the upper-right corner of the interface.
