First, open your SVG in Figma. Next, select the Frame Tool (F) and click on the outside of your SVG. This will create a frame around your SVG.
Now, with the frame selected, go to the top menu and select Edit > Clone > Clone to New Frame. This will create a new frame with the same dimensions as your original SVG.
