How Do You Add a Sparkler Overlay in Photoshop?
When you want to add a special touch to your photos, a sparkler overlay can be the perfect solution. You can use Photoshop to add a sparkler overlay to your photos with just a few clicks. Here's how:1.Open the photo you want to edit in Photoshop. Go to File > Open.
2.Click on the layer you want to add the sparkler effect to. If you only have one layer, that's fine.
3.Go to Window > Layers.
4.Click on the New Layer button at the bottom of the Layers panel.
5.A new layer will appear in your Layers panel. Click on this new layer and then go to Edit > Fill.
6.In the Fill dialog box, choose White from the Use drop-down menu.

8.Now we need to add some noise to this layer. Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.
9.Inthe Add Noise dialog box, choose:(a). Uniform.
(b).An amount between "5".
(c).And make sure the "Monochromatic". option is checked.

11.Now we need to blur this layer.
Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
12.(a).In the Gaussian Blur dialog box, enter a Radius between "5".
(OR): You can also click and drag the slider until you get a blur amount that you're happy with.
