How Do You Use Avatars in Figma?
An avatar is a digital representation of a person or user. In Figma, avatars are used to identify the creator of a file, as well as to provide an indication of who is currently working on a file. There are two ways to add an avatar in Figma:To add an avatar to a file:
- Open the file in Figma.
- Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the Share modal, click on the Add Avatar button.
- In the Add Avatar modal, select the image you wish to use as your avatar. You can either upload a new image, or select one from your Figma library.
- Once you have selected your image, click the Save button.
To add an avatar to your account:
- Open Figma in your web browser.
- Click on your profile image in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select Account Settings from the menu that appears.
- In the Account Settings modal, click on the Change Avatar button.
- In the Change Avatar modal, select the image you wish to use as your avatar.
