The answer is yes! Figma does have a Shape Builder tool. This tool is located in the left toolbar, under the "Create" section. To use the Shape Builder tool, simply click and drag your cursor over the shapes you want to select.The shapes will be highlighted in blue. Once you have selected the shapes you want, click on the "Build" icon in the top toolbar. This will open up the Shape Builder options menu.

In this menu, you can choose how you want to build your shape. You can choose to union, subtract, intersect, or exclude your shapes.You can also choose to weld your shapes together. Once you have made your selections, simply click on the "Build" button and your new shape will be created!
